Olla powers 100+ retailers nationally, transacting over a quarter billy ($250,000,000) in annual cannabis sales in the most mature and complex markets! 🚀  We are bootstrapped, profitable and growing quickly.

How We Work

We're a fully-remote company, with team members spanning 6 countries and 8 times zones. We  believe in organized, effective communication and prioritize asynchronous communication methods to maximize 'deep work' time. 🎧

Most of the team can be found collaborating in Slack, messaging each other on Volley, or meeting synchronously in Around. We've been at this startup thing for a hot minute, and firmly believe we're running a marathon, not a sprint! 🏃
